John is co-founder of Deaf Sailing Adventures, lives in Massachusetts, and teaches deaf children.  He has extensive outdoor experience as a certified Outward Bound instructor specializing in mountaineering and sailing courses, in addition to his avid outdoor hobbies such as rock climbing, kayaking, and of course sailing - which he has been doing for over 30 years. Dave Smaldone

Dave is co-founder of Deaf Sailing Adventures, and lives in Massachusetts.  He is an avid outdoorsman and world traveller with several years of sailing experience off the coasts of Massachusetts, Maine, and Florida, as well as two visits to the Cyclades Islands of Greece.  Dave is an active member of the Boston Sailing Center.

Dino lives in Massachusetts and is orginally from Italy.  He has over 10 years experience in sailing race circuit for International J24 and PHRF (Performance Handicap Racing Fleet) in the New England area, Maryland, and New York.  He is an avid sailor, skier, outdoorsman, mountain biker, and loves to travel.

Keith lives in Los Angeles, and teaches deaf children. He has sailed around the southern Californian coast from San Diego to Oxnard including trips to Catalina Island on a variety of sailboats. He has also raced in the Cal 25 fleet. He is an avid sailor and hiker with a predilection for adventures.
